Emily Morgan – President and Founder

emily_morgan3Emily Morgan is the President and Chief Visionary of Delegate Virtual Business Solutions and it’s growing group of divisions.  Her entrance into the Virtual Assistance (VA) industry follows a ten year career in Project Management and Executive Support in the corporate and academic sectors.   With years of professional experience under her belt, and an Ivy League degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Emily dove head-first into building out her own brand within the VA industry.

After growing her own client portfolio, it was time to add the missing piece to the puzzle: a team.  It was through these growing pains within her own company that Entrepreneur’s Entourage was born.  Having experienced the struggles facing aspiring entrepreneurs, she became aware of the lack of accountability and centralized quality support available to start-ups.  As a savvy entrepreneur dedicated to building a sustainable business, Emily understood that perspective was key, not only in her business but in her clients’ businesses as well.

Emily is a virtual professional committed to the success of the VA industry and continues to be a leading public voice for VAs and fellow entrepreneurs. She is a member of IVAA and now serves on the Board for the Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association as their VP of Communications. She has been featured in multiple media outlets including the New York Times (”When the Assistant is an Entrepreneur”), on NBC News (”Work at Home Jobs That Really Work”), on Martha Stewart Living Radio (”A Day in the Life of Segment”) as well as multiple industry publications and blogs.  Emily’s office is located in Southern New Jersey.
